They will add the eldynes into the shop (eventually) 40 certs each, you can buy 10 a month. Which is the only non whale way to star up your eldynes so make sure not to waste them all on filler units now. I spent a few getting kidian and kommy to 4 star because I got dupes of them from tickets but other than that I'm saving

Early on it's typically good to "waste" rolls just to build teams because it gives you the opportunity to progress and earn more rolls from events and such.
However since you've got Yomi and can get Xion from the eldyne tickets you could probably skip rolling any further if you get Kommy or Vivi (off ele, but worth it) since Levi is free filler and Kidian and Posher can be picked up either for free (from the 8 daily certificate grinding runs) or for very cheap ($1 choice ticket for Kidian, there's also another choice ticket that can be used on Posher not sure if it was free or not).
A full element, or 4 element + 2 powerful characters team like that should be more than enough to complete most content until later on.
You should also keep in mind that grinding for furniture (gives progress towards daily freebies), buildings (unlocks more stuff, increases material access), and laboratory research (more stats, more favourites, more coins, more freebies) benefits from a wide range of apostles that'll let you focus on which materials you get daily.

What's more worth:
- getting the new master 10.99 package for rune card selector for depression plus a multi each on chibis and cards,
- getting the 19.98 yomi exquisite recruitment package, for 2 chibi multis, a 3* exclusive value recruitment ticket (whatever that means), plus their apology next week of a 3* depressed chibi ticket (I'm guessing it's random, I don't have kommy)

I "translated" this too, more of a proper TL this time because it's based off of J-Manga's translation of the original work, seeing as the Korean text was just a plain translation of the original too.
It's based off of a scene from Stargazing Dog, namely the story in chapter 2.
I won't spoil the entire thing, but in this scene a man thinks back to his past childhood mistakes with his dog, regretting how he used to treat the dog when he was young though he later came to love and respect the loyal and good-natured dog. That memory is what spurs the man to go on a trip to ensure that a deceased man and his dog are identified, so that they may be mourned and rest in peace, just as he did for his grandparents and own dog.
Quite bittersweet, but I'd recommend reading it. The entire thing is translated and available on mangadex.

Nobody knows because everything is different from KR. They combined crit damage and crit rate, same with crit damage resist and crit resist. All values are halved too. I'm getting all the crits first personally because it was nerfed the least (8% crit became 3% crit+3%crit damage while 6% atk became 3% atk). Just b urself.

Not to star up every apostle, but to get them all for boards or headpatting. You only get 8 runs a day of clone factory and they eventually rotate who is available so you can't really farm them up to max star them.

Not sure if new characters get added into those tickets you get from there but other than that there's no reason not to use them. The 1-2 and 3-star tickets are separate so don't worry about crafting the wrong ones

Doesn't matter who the character is for the ultra pastels just find who has the rainbow tiles you want and use them. You don't max the boards because the rainbow tiles are the only important tiles.
