Not really. GOR gets hotter when you lose on accident, just like getting NTR'd when you fuck up, but corruption is a choice the player makes. It just doesn't make sense to play a scene collector like Celesphonia and not click on characters with hearts above their heads. All you're getting out of it is bad writing. I'd much rather the h be well integrated into the story than have some quantum convergence between virgin and non virgin runs.

Good corruption games need a choice mechanic where "doing a set of interactions may result in a bad outcome" that are not an in your face "click to get raped", or something like that (though in some cases that can be justified, aka based on the type of character/setting).
Alternatively, put the player in a situation where they should have had ground too overcome a challenge, or when push comes to shove - use a corruption propagation option to avoid getting defeated/raped. But do that too much and the mc will just choose to be a whore later on regardless, or get punished for it in some other way. Either way should not impede the story progression, just create a branched interaction progression (not a completely different route, but a "people are noticing" kind of thing, with maybe with only some npc getting bigger alterations).
