Tribe 8 is a magnificent piece of work you deserve to experience, at least in this AI TTRPG form.
It's After the End, but the demons invaded our world, changing it by introducing magic and living avatars of the extradimensional gods.
I imagine this as the Tribe (NZ TV show which came out a year after T8. Coincidence? I think not.), but much more grimdark since it wasn't the coof that killed off humanity. Oh, and most people are infertile, so survival of the species hangs by a thread.
The Quebecois organized themselves in 7 tribes, headed by demigods (think Almsivi), but you kids kept screwing around, got kicked out and now you have to fend for yourselves, becoming the Tribe 8.
Demonic bad guys Z'bri are not Chaos from WH, they're the Daedra. Another great feature is that this system comes with a complete year by year campaign made up of cycles. You'll get to play out Tribe 8's story from beginning to the end and that's it!

Models can't prompt themselves better than you can, it's a complete mirage. They will just write something generic, it may work but it's far from optimal. They don't have any intuition about the particular model, they don't know for sure what works and what doesn't work on it. More importantly, they lack a feedback loop and can't tweak the output until it's kino.

The only way they can do this well is automatic prompt optimization, which wastes thousands of prompts in a loop until the result is judged to be good. Prompt optimization is a thing, and the tool you're looking for is DSPy. There's one problem though, the judge is the LLM itself, so your task is now twice as hard (you also now need to prompt it to be a good judge for the thing you want).

A very early proof of concept for a low-priority idea I've spontaneously had an hour ago:

I've only seen screenshots and rentry of that thing if we mean the same thing (dungeon crawler). You know how I adapt adventure scenarios for D&D and such? I have a Meta-Scenario: entry that acts like a main guideline for the adventure so the AI doesn't end up expanding it forever. There's always some main goal such as kill the big bad, then tell {{user}} the adventure is done. Here I'm trying to make the AI come up with its own plot right at the start, so the player has an accomplishable goal. Such a simple idea that's hard to pull off without an army of Elaras, Kaels and Seraphinas.

The AI knows a lot about the Blue Archive universe, it doesn't really require me to pain the picture much. If I say, for example, that we're at the Schale office, it more or less knows what it's supposed to look like.
The context of Sensei's relationship with each character is very clearly outlined on the card's defs.

Writing the scenarios is the hardest part for me, a sentiment that most botmakies seem to share. Still, their length doesn't feel particularly short.
