Here's how this works:
>4 month long tournament, spanning from the 7th of September to the 18th of January (20 rounds), with the Top 4 Finals taking place on the 25th of January
>new participants can join the tournament at any point in time, just sign up on the tournament page
>a single round will be held each week
>BO3 matches and we're using a very basic leaderboard system, match wins and byes net you 2 points, match losses net you 1 point and no shows give you nothing
>2 no shows in a row will result in a disqualification
>matchups will be randomized each week, as allowing new players to join all the time messes with any automated round systems
>The randomized matchups will be announced in the thread each Monday and the matchups can agree on the time and date of the duel during that week
>you are allowed to change decks between rounds
>we will be using the most recent TCG banlist and the PRERELEASE card pool
>300 second turn timers, no reason for a time limit on rounds as it's only 1 round per week
>report scores via DMs

I've been playing Genesys ranked on it and it's pretty fine. Biggest issue is probably that the chain response system is kind of fucked. It doesn't have the MD/PEdopro system of 'hold down right mouse button to force a response at next opportunity' so you have to panic click through the tab if you need to, say, activate an effect after another effect has finished resolving.
The deckbuilder is also really bad and lacks ydke support AND ydk export support which is annoying but you can work around it by just building in another client
Also the timer seems less lenient than MD/Omega which might be me just imagining shit

Dragon's Georg is pretty nice in the deck, I think it's the best thing you can be doing in Scraps right now.
Only issue is getting Luin off field to get the floodgate online is a bother and forces you into either Juraishin or Commander Souza on your endboard which are less than stellar cards. You can do Trident or even Gorm instead but they are a bit iffy in their own ways.
Also Geroge has anti-synergy with Shenshen because every good endboard option in this deck needs to have anti synergy with shenshen

It's because every deck in the format is actually kind of bad so you can force basically any half competent strategy to considerable success if you have good fundies and format knowledge. The best decks also all have distinctive playstyles and real match ups that aren't reliant on playing to your outs or silver bullets.

You just sort of have to hope you just randomly open Sigrun and Erda to actually put something with stats on the field
