FiveM has its own launcher, so while you need legacy installed, you don't launch it from steam and it doesn't show up in steam charts like that (though the numbers in the steam charts WILL still be inflated slightly because some ppl play legacy AND FiveM and don't play Enhanced because they already have Legacy installed for FiveM).
Though I do largely agree with you that Enhanced has a similar, or larger playerbase, especially if you're in western europe, or north america.
If you're in south america, eastern europe, or asia/pacific then legacy probably has a larger local playerbase than enhanced.

It's not dead, it just feels more isolated. I've yet to see a spontaneous car meet at LSC or a motorcade or a party bus or funny trash talk/larping. That shit is gone and makes the experience feel like a day job: you login, do the chores, log out, rinse and repeat. Not to mentions there is no way to communicate inside missions except for pointing, that or sending the SMS using the phone like a caveman which also have cooldowns.

Today they are over a farm, just south of a popular meth lab location. Easy to accidentally scare them off if you try to approach from Vinewood. They're not LITERALLY impossible, but they're not far off. Especially if you're doing a full bunker sale, then it's 3 Dune FAVs in 20 minutes for 1 driver.

It's generally just a waste of time when you can load into a new lobby and start the sale again and most likely get one of the easier sale missions.

Some bunker locations can be better/worse for Dune FAVs, but it's still a shit mission to do solo no matter what.

I'll do any other bunker sales mission but i'll ALWAYS reload when I get the Dune FAVs.

I play invite-only lobbies because latinos with jetbikes are indistinguishable from hackers to me. There is still basically nothing you can do to actually stop them from fucking with your businesses and griefing you. The game also actively encourages it.

I only go into public lobbies when I am bored and it's always the same exact environment of everyone being closed off from cooperation trying to do their own thing as a bunch of children with names like "El_Sicario11" rain missiles from the sky non-stop.
I really don't understand how anyone can enjoy a public lobby. It's always a sickening mess that lowers how quickly your data is even processed.

More than one fav for a single driver is a lost cause.

And if you're doing bunker sells, and you have a hench hired, then some of the bunker multi-vehicle missions will take that fact into account and require that you move all the vehicles as a group together, even if you have more vehicles than drivers. It knows you have some number of helpers, but if you have less than 3 helpers than fuck you guy.
