It's the humble and GMG people, and having just played Shadowkeep to TFS with a friend that got in from humble he isn't staying. He didn't like SK/BL campaigns, he wasn't impressed by TWQ stating that it should just be the standard, he was surprised to be offended by LF, he liked TFS, but was pissed at the deleted seasons. We didn't see Crow until the final shape for example, and he feels he never actually met Savathun because she spent TWQ not being present and also having no memory until the final mission, and he liked her during the TFS missions.

also since we did the campaigns before the 300 power chest, so 10 to 200, which means it counted as leveling, meant we played majority of campaign content swapping between shitty blues on all slots.

tl;dr people might play, but too many frustrations and gaps arent encouraging a stay.

I'm enjoying it, but I also lucked out with the first random clan of strangers I joined has a bunch of chill and engaged guys. The only point of pain is shifting gates getting no lobby for me, and the farm for mods+artifacts specifically if you want good stats on an artifact being kinda insane, but besides that I'm optimistic about it. Hopefully Season 2 is meaty, and the alleged China release.

i am so bored of it's card game though, and have legitimately fallen asleep when vs AI multiple times, I'm only playing to get the seasonal seal too.

The Devs seem to give no shits about the game and are just boiling frogs slowly releasing the odd update.
Gacha wankers thought that once the Chinese release came out we would get a new load of content and other events in game but it is just a slow trickle of boring events which have zero useful loot.

The game came out in China to a underwhelming response because the devs didn't add anything which would appeal to that audience: Cute n funny chars, fanservice, events, new banners etc. This is a market that expects that kind of stuff in Gachaslop look at Genshin or StarRail they give you tons of free pulls and other exciting events to keep the momentum rolling and players high.
Rising just feels like they forgot about the game.
Why would they release a game in China with no Chinese female characters and no gacha player bait is beyond me.

The new trailer is really cool but the tags were "coming 2026" so there will be no meaningful updates till then which has people speculating that we are still in the Beta period of content and the real stuff isn't even out yet.
