first priority is any event with short remaining time, second priority is campaign because it unlocks everything, don't bother with star or weapon trials more than once until they are high enough level to give you legendary weapons

There are mechanics locked behind Fool's Journey so that's important. The Crossing World's stages get more important as you go I wouldn't stress too much about what you do vs making sure the stamina gets spent since it's how you level up 1 stamina = 1 exp.

It doesn't really matter super early game, I think by now there is enough content to max out your level if you just do campaign

I wanna say max out in crossing worlds as soon as you can.
There are some very old guides where you can full clear the stages with very low level units (I think you need to be minimum 42 or 45?). That way you get the maximum amount of mats which you will need to build up your team faster.

There is a team comp that is busted, the Luxite gang:

I'll probably be here til EOS too. The last gacha I played was Dragalia Lost and I played that open to close because the game was awesome. Even when I don't feel like doing much in game I can do dailies and a couple extra sweeps of stars/rank up and be set for like 12+ hours at a time. Works well with a job and kids. Normal Rawiyah is a free unit, you can get her to 4* through Voyage Memento, she's decent.
Since everyone has her there are low-rarity setups that usually end up using her since her nuke potential with buffs+tipsy is alright and she has knockback on her normal attack which has been extremely useful.

SP Rawiyah is really good. She's a bit underwhelming until you get her skills and at least 3* so that you can start trimming down her fatigue duration, but once she's 5* she gets to act twice every turn which is incredible.

For now focus on doing Fools Journey until you unlock most of the dailies. You wanna unlock Memory Retrieval ASAP as that's how you substitute needing to pull copies of units by just farming their shards.

If you're set on dumping stamina there beyond the one daily extra reward for each then you'll want stars and rank up medals. Getting through the Tower of Conquest as early as possible will give some legendary weapons and more importantly trinkets that can make a huge difference at that point and the tower costs no stamina. Level-up training should be the lowest priority, daily Memory farm the highest. All of the rewards that you can get in Crossing Worlds except for memories drop in rotation from Fools Journey stages and for stars in particular FJ actually ends up better than Star Trial because it eventually stops giving random stars and lets you choose which you need.
I have no idea when Pioneering Odyssey unlocks for new accounts but if that's there then pushing through that will speed up passive stat growth from it's talent trees.

Whenever there's a single boss to target down, getting everyone stacked up on it and watching all the extra attacks firing off feels great.
She also has global healing that always gets the double proc if you do march command so she makes auto setups very consistent. Throw in the AoE co-Atk/Def skill and she's also applying Nocturnal Glow to everyone boosting their damage.
There's slight overlap with SP Inanna because she also gives Co-X buffs, but you can swap that out when you run them both.

I don't have Rico or Flavia but Rico in particular seems to get a nice boost there for 60 shards (
Marceille does too) so those might be better options than nice to have 4 or 5* commitments for your listed supports. Credenza gets longer initial Divine Revelation duration at 3* too but that's more of a nice to have if you're not sending her to 5*

You only need to run 3 destroyer characters to get the ember, you know. I use 3 watchers as well, one of them being Taair with the Watcher skill that gives a teleport and a shitload of buffs, with Taair using Book of Auguste on Kvare and also giving him DMG 2/DMG REDUC 2 and speed up 2/ATK 2. That's enough buffs for an Embered Kvare to oneshot anything in the game even at severe disadvantage.
