There are a billion other ways to gain offense level up, like sin resonance for example. It's definitely not attack power up, because they work completely different from offense level. Offense level gives you +1 power in a CLASH for each 3 offense level you have over the enemy. It does not apply to the attack itself outside of the clash. Attack power up applies the power in clashes and also in the attacks after the clashes. There are also a lot of other differences between offense level and attack power but that difference alone is enough to prove you wrong.

Yes, the entire point of Roland's character was him just lashing out at anyone and everyone because of Angelica's death, even if they might not deserve it. It's about how the cycle of suffering continues. Roland himself has taken away the happiness of others, and yet he can't accept it when his own happiness is taken away. The entire game is about why breaking the cycle of suffering is necessary.

It's not like he needs to build a resume or something. He'd be a pretty well known/regarded Grade 1 fixer at this point, so most jobs that he take would be contracted to him. It’s also the place that the streets get shifted periodically causing a ton of unlucky people to be killed and the high ranking castes all are subject to assassination attempts and poisoning every day. Of course a place like that would want a Color Fixer and pay one to live near them. This is my OC, he is named demi-abno. He was a regular grade 5 fixer who explored the main LC facility and fell into the enkaphelin bucket. He almost went insane but Ayin saved him, and forced him to drink enkapheline and eat bugs to regain his strength. He is partially archetypical and closer to abnormalities. Becuase of that he can't have his own E.G.O. But, he gains the power to attune to abnormalities and draw from their strength.
