Is the gasket cloth?
I found that cleaning mine in a washbasin full of water with cheap HOTEL soap (I don't know why it works) works wonders. Give it a good scrub with your fingernails.

Also, do not ever leave it soak in the water for too long - the glue will just "disconnect" from the plastic and you just ruined the entire gasket.

You can detach it and soak it in cold soapy water for a while. Just make sure it dries fully. Also I say cold water because hot water will congeal the proteins from your skin flakes into it and make them harder to get out. Wash it like you would blood stains. Also would recommend getting a cloth cover for it. The leather/silicon ones just make my face sweat to fuck and are extremely uncomfortable even though they're a lot easier to clean.

It's a shooting range with incredibly mediocre, minimal gameplay loop minigames tacked on. I hate how it went through like 4 different mod systems throughout the years. If you're uber crazy, foaming at the mouth, absolutely, utterly nuts about guns, it'll be the best thing since vr sliced bread. oherwise just play pavlov or contractors.

I can try hosting an instance in a public world but it needs to be coordinated with them

Imagine having friend data for all vrchat users. You could build a network and I'd bet the clusters would genuinely represent different personality types, better than than any test. Linkedin/facebook already have similar data, but the level of relative anonymity and honesty and autism that comes with VRC accounts, as opposed to Linkedin, would be fundamentally more interesting IMO. I'd bet it would be more predictive of mental disorders, IQ, social status, job suitability, etc. than literal DNA sequences.
