You want to attack as much as possible while keeping your team alive
The rain/hail will do the damage for you, so it's better to attack as much as possible to proc it
Momo and Jubee are great for this because they spawn extras at a rapid rate thanks to the SP rapidly building and triggering their skill
Certain tanks like Kommy are conversely a poor choice because their skill procs too often, rendering them unable to move to the front, you can actually make do with a high HP DPS provided you buff HP, recovery, and maybe even a little def
Kidian is good for spamming attacks and might be one of the few characters actually worth choosing an artefact for, even HP or defensive artefacts will synergise with her skill while having the added benefit of making up for how squishy she is
I'd recommend two healers if possible, Yomi is great as a half-healer half-support for this and her AoE skill is also a good choice
Rim is pretty good too, she'll keep herself healed in the absence of a second healer

Jubee is only Rank 2 and Momo is Rank 4, it doesn't feel it really matters, however I do have a Rank 6 Chloe benefiting from 1 Shield upgrade after maxing the Fixed Damage blessings so I did have a reliable frontline. Momo and Jubee just create a massive meatshield that the enemies can't one-shot though.

I was there for Priconne and I liked seeing everyone work together for a shared goal, with jabs at other guilds. Sure it got dumb when guilds feuded but my biggest issue overall was the metafagging and the constant "bricked" posting.
Regardless, it's a far more interesting implementation than what Trickcal has going on because at least you felt a part of the community before. Sure, the community was cancer at times but that's the people playing these games.
