The training effectiveness on every single card makes it so that even if there's just a single rainbow on speed you'll still get lots of stats so long as there's one or two other supports there as well. Fine Motion was the real MVP in that run, as if she's on wit and a few other supports stack up she gives a decent amount of speed, a ton of wit, good skill points, and +energy.
