Just got done reading Goethe's Faust
I can see why people like it and I think I like it in the same way, but I also don't think it's as amazing as people say. It feels like desperation genre literature, where its kinda jank but no one else is doing the shit its trying to pull off so you love it anyway just for existing,
Like Faust and Gretchen both being damned for their bullshit feel like they work better for the story but that shit legit got retconned 'cause it upset audiences
Could see some modern adaptations having fun with a 4th wall breaking bit with the audience refusing to let their favs suffer consequences for their actions
Cenodoxus and Faustus being damned were the interesting bits of the stories that inspired the play in the first place and its disappointing it got dumped.
Honestly kinda feels like Goethe agrees, he had a man with the limitless power of a fallen angel at his side and the best he could come up with for part 1 was he's a deadbeat dad and ass at making roofies, so he kicks shit up a notch in part 2.

I just used pierce lux because its a pierce weak target rich environment that anons are familiar with. I never claimed it was fast or the meta for pierce lux either. Of course you can just spam winrate with the best damage dealing ids since luxes are winrateslop anyways.

She was always meant to be a temporary option, PM never wanted her to become a burn team core member. Dont worry about the ego, it's completely stupid. I think gachas are fucking horrible and annoying but I'll give limbus a slight pass since everything's been grindable. As a Granblue Autism grinder where I have it on the side while I do MD and watch YouTube videos corroding away my dopamine I can say limbus essentially never forcing me to pay other then the battle pass has been nice since I'm not locked out to teams because I didn't get lucky in the gacha and having to wait either a week for seasonal IDs or a few months for walpergs is honestly a blessing. Something like that with the battle pass honestly makes me ok with giving them money since it let's me not have to spend the stupid amounts I've already spent in others and it's a one time purchase from the beginning of the season that lasts for several months instead of the usual 30days.

I get people don't like the gacha and MD grind but there's ways to make it bearable and I think that's what matters to me.

Not even just transcending eternals even, the evokers 5*s, opus transcendence, bullet grind and especially the new Class orgin grinds too are all complete ass and most are timegated. Like niggas complaining about Limbus MD grind have no idea how bad it can actually get. Like the fact I have to keep a Google spreadsheet around should state how much grinding I have to do and limbus only asks me to do like, maybe 40 minutes at most a week is insane.
Another example was back in early genshin and starail with their artifact grinding that was mostly useless shit minus a couple exceptions. Thank God limbus is more forgiving.
