You'd think if they wanted Lucia and Yidhari to sell, they would have done some actual build-up for them. As it is, most of the Lucia pulls will probably be due to her perception as a meta support, while I'm not sure Yidhari will get much attention at all due to being yet another Ice DPS. Nobody's really talking about her

Meanwhile Manato literally can't sell, but they built him up since 2.0. Its weird they'd give more attention to the A-Rank. Not complaining, since I like Manato, but they've utterly failed to sell me on the S-Ranks for this patch.

And it's not like they don't know how to build up characters, either. Zhao and Ye Shunguang are getting story presence well in advance of their release patches, for example.
