I did not play MoP remix. Legion remix is some of the least fun shit I've done in WoW for a long time. If you fall off the no lifer curve, any group content is just miserable. Some nolifer with 90mil HP will just keep running and oneshotting stuff, trivializing everything, or worse yet, they'll keep running and you'll keep dying to mobs you can't solo yet.


Don't get me wrong, Heroic world is pretty fun as a challenge.
But the whole schtick of infinite progression falls flat on its face when it's done like this.
I genuinely think they need to timegate this or add some kind of matchmaking so you don't end up with OP groups in the group finder.

To be clear I've been playing on heroic world tier, doing BIG pulls from the very beginning, but this has been kind of pain in the dick. I'm 650 ilvl at the moment and my voidwalker is still so fucking useless. It's better for me to just kite mobs around since I can cast while moving. But even then, it's a huge knock against the class if I feel I need the lemix meme gem to clear the hardest content.

Reminds me of shaman on live retail. The class is just ridiculously squishy for no reason when compared to other melee classes, and you need to wait for cooldowns between huge pulls in the open world.

There are a ton of AotC and partial Mythic guilds that will at least want you to run 4x10 for vault. By partial we are talking the first couple towards the end of the season if they can maintain numbers.
Sad reality is that M+ has warped raid loot pretty bad, and even fairly casual AotC guilds will have half the raid in hero gear by 2nd week and trying to full clear normal. Biggest issue you will run into is early progression when you are 8-12 ilvls behind everyone, and late when you are the same amount. If you don't want to do any M+ a casual AotC week 6-8 guild is possible, if you're willing to do 4x10 for a little bit you can find something slightly higher IF you are good at your spec (if you're playing dps though you better be real good to make up Ilvl difference.)
