newfag, At the end of ranked match screen, there's 2 numbers (other than your score and the copper), One will just say something like "+10.5" with no other information, the other will be "+10 PT". Which one is the actual rank change and what does the other one mean then?

This is uma, the gains and losses in a "normal" game. For example, if you ever play in a tourney, you look at these scores.

These are rank points, which are what actually matters in ranked.

PT is the actual rank change.
If you click on the exclamation mark on a rank room (say bronze), you'll see how both scores are calculated.
E.g. Bronze room order bonus = +15 +5 -5 -15
rank bonus = +10 +5 0 (4th is based on rank so lets ignore it)
So if you win with a 40k score you got 15k more than the starting 25k, which becomes +15. The order bonus gets added here so your "score" is 15+15 = +30.
Then, the rank bonus is added to that score to get the final rank change, which is 30+10 = +40PT.

The +10.5 would be your actual final score if you played in a tournament or irl but it doesn't matter if you're just playing mahjongsoul ranked.
The +10 PT is the points you get for your in-game rank-up calculations.
