I finished watching Pantheon this week and loved it, it's a 2 season sci-fi animated show from the author of The Three-Body Problem.
Kinda hits on the same notes but with scanning and uploading minds instead of aliens.
The MC is also pretty cute.

That and I've been slowly reading through the Vulgate Cycle, it's tough but really interesting to see all the differences from Mallory's translation in Le Morte d'Arthur.

Pantheon is based on stuff by Ken Liu (an american), who translated the Three-Body Problem trilogy into English, but is also a scifi writer in his own right
The author of The Three-Body Problem is Liu Cixin (not an american) and it might be better than the show isn't based on his stuff. His characters are uh, very boring and flat. I remember an interview where he outright says all his energy goes into the grand scifi concepts and for him characters come last, only to string all his cool ideas into a story

Its not realy about kakania's story itself, but a more presentation issue with it.
Despite have an obvious glare for a follow up to her story after the storm cutscene, it never really gave an indicator to allude to it in chapter 7 itself.
Marcus despite having little presence in chapter 7, felt relatively fine as we got to see the 'conclusion' to her narrative in 6, even if she has more development.
The stop for kakania felt odd, since it leaves you at an intersection point in her story, but the chapter just leaves her behind, despite it being obvious she has more character development from that point

It's basically how Jessica worked on launch until Tuesday and Willow came to make Poison, well, actually poison enemies.

If it's long then separate it beforehand or use one of those silicone scalp brushes.
Just don't spread it over the length of the hair or it will dry it out, you should only get the scalp and maybe the roots to remove the sebum buildup that can clog the pores.
The oil on the length/ends is good, it protects it from the elements.

You should brush your hair every day, this way you take the excess sebum from the scalp and spread it over the length of the hair, preventing the excessive buildup and keeping your hair shiny and healthy.

Conditioner does basically the same thing but instead of oil it just coats the hair in a thin silicone film, which is why you only want it over the length/ends and not on your scalp.

The advantages I could see is that it'd be durable. Leather lasts forever, solid masks last forever, to get the braids and the color right you'd pretty much need a high quality wig which also is long lasting, and as long as you're decently tall you should have a shot at the silhouette even if you need to pad for the shoulderline.
