Not much can save it at this point. Even if some people spend, it's not going to be enough to keep the game running. There is massive apprehension over the fact that EoS is looming and that is going to preclude 90% of people from opening up their wallets. Why spend on a game that's going to shutdown in six months or a year?

I'm dolphin/light-whale in gachas and while I like the game, it would take something unprecedented like a guarantee for 5 years of service operation and a reasonable cost to max out the potential of a character for about $500 w/ 1 copy of her disc. They're closer to the neighborhood of $2000-2500 right now with disc and there is just no way its going to come down enough. Collector-type dolphins who want every girl need to be able to secure 1 copy of her for about $50-100 of investment per banner run.

We're so far away from these healthy numbers that there simply is no hope for recovery. It was truly a colossal fuckup on the part of Yo-Star who operate in Gacha spaces and understand monetization/spending more than most other companies to not realize what they were doing. It's so retarded that it can only be seen as a pump and dump.

Sorry to say, but Stella Sora will EoS and you should not spend on it.

anyway this is nothing new, AFAIK only hoyo has the first one be a full 2x over the next ones, many gachas have a smaller difference, the base number is the "paid jewels" and the bonus is the "free jewels", for first bonus you get 1:1 paid and free jewels, afterwards you get about 2:1, the free amount gets decreased but doesn't go away.
But in this game there's nothing that you need paid jewels to buy so I don't know what the point is. Transfer between OSs?
