The tierlist takes into account teambuilding and egos a lot. If you think about it, is Manager Don really as good as Maost when it comes to DPS? No, but on a team that benefits (bloodfiends), she gains so much that she would be so far ahead of the rest of the IDs sp they put them together.
Meursault makes her and the other bloodfiends a lot better and allows them to generate so much bloodfeast to feed on. He also gives lust weakness and they all have lust s3s. (Except for Outis). He makes enemies deal a flat 20% less damage to manchaland IDs, making them take more damage from all la manchaland ID attacks. Makes them immune to stagger, makes Rodya hit harder, makes them heal more. He is an incredible ID.

WHeath on the other hand is a very selfish ID in that aspect. He is just another charge ID, he doesn't help the team in any way. He is a tank and that's fine but you don't want to be fine on your own you want to be great on a team. I feel like they could have left him as is but if they added things like a status effect to his skills that makes enemies weaker to gloom and envy attacks he would be at least twice as good because he is now enabling his entire team.

Adding to this, the damage modifiers are great. Greg for example only has one depending on how low is HP is but Meursault just gives him a 50% damage boost on his S3 that the rest of the bloodfiends can benefit from too. On top of whatever modifier Greg gets from his own HP modifier.

I went in trying to give it a fair go and it was really boring. Listening to Arknights characters give exposition about things I don't care about and will never see again bored me out of my mind. The interactions between the Limbus cast and the Arknights cast were really superficial. The story was very predictable and cliche, there were way too many filler fights and a bunch of them were abno fights solely to shill the roomba gimmick which was super lame. Mayors was also a bad final boss. I don't like how her distortion design looks, and the fight was pretty underwhelming compared to the last knight. She's basically just an unga statstick with a huge regenerating shield. The closest thing she has to a gimmick is hitting the roomba whenever it appears so she doesn't get a gorillion coin/clash power. The only part I like was the last knight fight.
