She's a good chainer (16 with Refi) and deals good damage, also benefits from PPRefi's +200% for Light units.
My hunch is that the anniversary will start introducing units that buff chains for unit of specific elements, similar to how Sonya has an extra debuff value for Dark units and how PPRefi gives an extra property boost to Light units. I personally run Lecliss on Offense as a tank because Schera is a pain to deal with. To counter that I put Lecliss at the front (Schera is front), gave her 90% MRES and some HP, and now she can wall Schera/Glacia pretty well, allowing the rest of my team (other lanes) to work through their units. Look at replays, see what you die a lot to, and adjust gear/positioning accordingly.

On Defense it's all about walling the enemy. A buffer, 2-3 tanks (who can ideally also deal damage, like Lecliss/Glacia) and then 1-2 DPS like Schera, Justia or Rubia are what you typically see.

Not bricked, but she's useful to have. First general vulnerability unit, meaning she can slot into any team (like how MCTeresse can also buff either team), but obviously she's made for (dark) magic teams in particular.

Let's face it, John is gambling the future of the game over these last few months. New releases like CZN, Stella Sora, Duet Night Abyss are all chartbreaking hits, and this is on top of other still popular gachas like GFL2, ZZZ, Umas. Nikke is recovering with main story focused kino.

You need to be constantly atop your game and constantly put out content if you want to last with this much competition. Other games know this, and bring in guest artists to keep up with content.
