Having now pulled on Chitose's banner until I hit the spark, I can't say the game is exactly stingy with its launch currency. I'm not close to having farmed everything. Especially the arenas.

I think something a lot of the outrage over the first glance numbers missed, is just how many Expert Permits you get from pulling even with standard tickets. Those make up a much more significant amount of potential pulls than the equivalent does in other systems.
Every 4*, trekker or disk, is 0,4 pulls. So 120 gems back. Every duplicate 5* Trekker is 200! Expert Permits = 600 gems. And given the rates, it's gonna be every 5* Trekker at some point.

Seriously? I'm actually more worried about the game being too generous at this point.
