Ultimate is playable but largely just Bad DoT because DoT is its own perpetual engine machine where the Scepters trigger the Scepters. You don't even need DoT characters, I did this back with Jingliu and Blade when it came out because they ulted faster than anyone else I had.
Castorice ults quickly and could also feed the DoT loop.
You can alternately chase Ult with her. None of it matters, your characters are just vessels to trigger the Scepters. DoT is simply uniquely effective at triggering their own Charge scepters.
