Overall, I really enjoyed my time with Reverse/Rebirth. I like Re: COM a lot to begin with, but my only real complaint with Riku's side is that some of the floor layouts are too large to get from the start to the boss, and then I have to make my way to the Conqueror's Respite rather than getting teleported there like on Sora's side. Looking forward to getting to 2 next. How is your series replay going, anon?

There's still layers to that, like how aggressive enemies are or even idk how fast they are, or whether they have erratic, harder to predict, movement patterns and lots more

Ralph was also "elemental", though he had the most subtle texture change, looking just a bit digital. He doesn't appear as just himself like Meow Wow or the summons from past games.

I think that basically acted as a little loophole for the team to not drastically change him. That or being in the same era of films Tangled, Frozen, and Big Hero 6, so they had less or no restrictions, and just gave him that effect so that all the Disney summons would have a similar visual theming.

Either way I hope Disney realized that was stupid so that whatever summons appear in IV show up in their full visual capacity. They probably did with all the Fortnite crap they've been doing.

No amount of sales will make up for the 6+ year development time. SE's fucking broken at the core.

Playing DMC1 and i love the horror aspects, the way evil and the presence of the profane has quite literally warped space and time and filled the inanimate with life reminds me of teh realm of darkness. Wish they emphasized how much darkness corrupts the worlds when the heartless are around, like how in KH1 Tarzan flowers blackened and died when the heartless drew near. Like imagine a heavy darkness presence making the area into a mini realm of darkness. Speaking of which, the organic aesthetic of many parts of dmc1 made me think of World of Chaos, specifically the inner parts where that huge writhing heart section is. Wish they would use a little more of that aesthetic. Shit why the fuck did only dark thorn in KH2 do that. Well I guess trying to do that now would have basically bankrupted them considering how much detail goes into levels now and how much work it takes. Would have been something only possible in the old days so it's too late.

Most KH modders are incapable of creating movesets that don't have 50 hits in base form. Makes Master, Final, Double, and Ultimate forms look quaint by comparison.
