I've been playing for like 50 hours and there's still stuff I haven't done at all, like the endgame mode. There's weekly boss fights (up to 5), a roguelike mode with weekly objectives and a daily checkboard, none of them take much time at all, daily can be done in a single mission of a minute or 2.
There's a whole line-up of characters already announced, some which were in previous beta versions, but we don't know at which rate they'll release them. They say an update every month but we'll have to see.
I'm liking the game, it has some flaws that need to be ironed out and visuals on pc should honestly be better, but I can see them improving the game a lot if given the chance. What I like most is being allowed to actually play the game, no stamina to gatekeep me from everything, only the aforementioned weekly boss limit, and that only blocks a portion.

Can anyone redpill me on weapons? I definitely need to start getting more of them since the selection I have isn't great for most of the characters I've been unlocking. But there are so many to pick from in the secret knows exchange I legit don't know which one(s) to start farming.

Is there a list of which ones are particularly good to have? And is it just like characters where you need 30 weapon shards to unlock it or does it work differently for weapons?

A lot of Side stories has very subtle easter eggs or stuff

They tried to fix this by letting her charge her combo count with her charged attack but it's really more of a bandage. It eats a ton of energy and it's very slow if you charge it from zero to S.

You need one gold drop (blueprint), one silver drop (grip/bolt) and one bronze drop for melee weapons (blade) or two for ranged weapons (frame and barrel).
Since the chance for gold is 10% (like radiant-upgraded relics in warframe), I believe the other drop chances are 40% for silver and 50% for bronze.

immersive theatre, next patch in 28 days theyll release fina blue hebe from the story and she will replace psyche in the theatre, then psyche will be in the rotation for the weekly bosses for 2 patches until ending up on the exchange shop to be traded for clues.
So on release to get new character you need at least 2 teams with 2 lvl 70 carries, after 28 days you´ll need one team with one good lvl 50 dps, and after 3 months youll need nothing build because clues drop from everything including dailies and story

Yeah the (char/weap) gacha removal is pretty chill. Right now it feels like I'm playing the early part of a single-player JRPG for free. I'm slowly going through the story, watching cutscenes, reading dialogue, doing side quests, and exploring around for loot. I'm not worried about being optimal in order to get enough rolls for a character, or stockpiling rolls for a future one. Almost every character/weapon feels within reach, you're just choosing the order that you unlock them. If you unlock a character and regret it later, no big deal, just farm up for another one.

Straight ATK% like Blaze might be a lower priority due to diminishing returns, especially if you have a high Trial Rank (45 and up gives ATK%) or use ATK% stat sticks. You would probably get better mileage out of something like Thunder.Wildfire or just Thunder.Volition. Blaze.Wings could also be considered.

I'm not sure how well Efficiency from Inspo wedges works for her. She wants to spend Sanity, right? Or do you comfortably build her unique resource even with efficiency? I'm not sure how well it works with her Poweroff Anxiety passive either.

If Efficiency does turn out to be good for her then Ravaging Thunder might be good for her too, as she could spam to stack up the skill dmg.

For weapons, Exiled Thunderwyrm might be the best ranged weapon for her due to its passive, pic related. Alternatively, you can use Rendhusk for ATK% or Excrisduo for unconditional Skill DMG. Melee weapons have stat sticks like Blade Emberglow for ATK% or Fathomless Sharkgaze for Skill Range.

I assume that's due to fewer people getting to that point yet. There's a definite gap between chapters when people start unlocking secret letters for characters and weapons they may have had their eyes on. Gen pop probably will hit the end of the story in the next day or two.

This is what Im running right now. Both weapons are Skill damage up, you can opt in for some duration if you dont have any duration wedges, Range is nice but 20meters is more than enough, right now my Volt rush is doing around 30k per dash and the Electric charge is doing around 45-50k. As far as I can tell the only thing Samael benefits from from normal weapons are Weapon Skills that grant "Character ATK" or "Skill DMG" and those two continuity mods.
