Have one exploration squad. I used Anus, Diesel, RapiRH, Snow White and Eagle.
The rikker recovery skill is mistranslated and it actually gives stamina instead of hp. You get far more heal items than stamina ones so just pop them when you are close to death and keep going.

Also build one full support squad. bAde, Flora, Trina, Blanc and Zwei for combat speed is a good one.

Combat squad just make ele advantage for the big boss and use the same squads in the smaller events.

I think I've gotten like 20 rocks from it so it is very much worth doing.
