oh sorry i misread and thought you want to 3* challenge 2.
for challenge 3 you use serina to lure reisa to the right so the boss attack won't reach your students. pair serina with mari who's shield count towards buff and apply it to reisa when the help text appears. or any other low cost buffer, really. other than that, bring dps and buffer. reisa is invulnerable so if you position her correctly you won't need healer at all.
