No nikke is cheap to raise. Though the cheapest is Rapi redhood. She is cheap in the sense that she is good in two elements. Jussy/Sbs are wind I think jussy is cheaper. Summer doro is the best water but she is limited so Quency is number two? Iron is snow white but she is not cheap at all just go with rapi. Electric is Cinderella and she is strong enough that she is decent in neutral so I guess she is cheap. Fire is Mihara or rapi.

The most used ones are resilience (reload speed) and bastion (give you ammo when you spend ammo) so these ones. Probably not worth to level both at the same time now they raised the level cap to 15 so I would focus on resilience first until it's maxed out and by that time you'll have a bastion level 7 from just doing solo raids. Not a lot of nikkes use bastion over resilience anyway and it's fine with resilience on them, worst case you just have to roll a bit more ammo and you can mald the reloads if you really want to squeeze damage on some nikkes

Charge speed or reload cube for Jussy? I really want to try justifying the upgrade and use of more of the other cubes than just Bastion, Resilience (and Quantum for PVP) every single time I build a team.

Well Nayuta's ironic fate is very straightforward. She uses information as a weapon, trying to gain as much information as possible and never taking decisive action herself, only to bet everything in the decisive moment and lose because of the one thing she didn't know.
Johan is the man willing to give everything, even his life for the cause. In the end he survives, and has to live with the loss of everything he was willing to give up.
Indivilia, the supposed selfish individualist spends her whole life in the service of greater powers, never making a real decision of her own.
Chatterbox, the supposed manipulator turns out to be nothing more than a puppet dancing to Mirror's tune.
Mirror is difficult to peg because so much of her plans and motivations are murky. It's impossible to tell if she's been set back or if things are going according to plan for her.
The queen is like a force of nature, not something defined by fate.
The others like the rest of Inherit and Pioneer don't really have ironic fates because they don't make decisive choices. They are more like pawns in the larger game.
