My first experience was playing WoW in 2007 after the release of BC at 10 years old. My brother had gotten it for his birthday but we hadn't been able to convince our parents to pay for WoW AND BC AND a subscription so we were just playing I think 3 months of WoW. My brother mostly played Human, and I think Warrior, while I played an Orc Hunter. I played mostly solo, though I did play a lot of Warsong Gulch. I knew that I was supposed to run dungeons to level but the first time I ran Wailing Caverns I used a fear arrow and pulled half the dungeon. The rest of the group yelled at me and I quit and cried and never ran a dungeon again, even after I got a strategy guide from the library. Eventually when Classic rolled around I picked it back up again for a few months, then finally started actually playing during TWW.
