That's just a girl that does some light cardio regularly and eats more sushi than burgers.
The real answer is a combination of genetics, exercise and nutrition. The latter two are somewhat the same as "having money", which she has because she has a job as a model.
Fat girls don't become models in the first place so there's an element of selection bias in wondering why models are hot.
