Any Chinese controller with TMR sticks (for minimal stick drift on linear no deadzone) and low stick latency. All new controllers have natty high polling rates and extra buttons to remap in their software. Most use the Xbox layout, but you can find symmetrical Playstation ones too.
I got myself a Blitz 2 TMR controller about a month ago and am beaming and aping much more confidently. No pausing to heal lmao. Had to customize the keybinds and stuff for my personal preference and comfort. I think it's on Amazon in the US, but I got it off AliExpress in Canada. Mirage also cloaks on heal/shield now, although it is unreliable as fuck.
Sometimes you can use it to just walk right up to people, other times they instantly know where you are. It's kinda annoying.

I had a case where an enemy Mirage just vanished in a close range fight and his heal apparently made no sound, at all (clipped last 30 seconds, checked footage), so the regular sound issues of missing footsteps etc. also applies there.

Also doesn't help some parts of some shaders (like the glowy bits on a shield cell) don't properly turn invisible.

Once you know about the magic bullet, hitreg manipulation, micro stutter and movement input lag manipulation it becomes extremely obvious.

A fresh or old account that has not done well in the introduction matches will have the whitelist for at least one game and the matchmaking isn't always bot lobbies, there are preds and masters in them too.

That way they can create a safe space for their newer whale customers.

Whitelist basically just means their hitreg, microstutters and stuff aren't negatively effected, game feels smooth and nice for them.
