I think there are characters that does what he does but easier but Yoru has a good flashbang and his tricks can really psyche an opponent out.

Chamber is all about aim, that's all he does. All of his abilities are about getting good weapons earlier than his teammates and giving him a slight edge in holding a position. If you're doing well, expect to be asked for weapons a lot since you have a revolver and Op in your toolkit by default.

In retrospect I don't find Reyna that annoying. I mean her ult's not great but neither is Clove's anti-clutch Ult or Jett's "play a different game from you" ult.
