It's only 10 tickets for 1k shards per dismantle. They haven't given out much from Twitch drops recently, but yeah pretty much that or Prime Gaming rewards.
They are planning to finally release the mileage shop (next month I think). Not sure if they plan to put Amethyst Shop rewards there too. It does give credit retroactively for any purchases at least.

Yeah, there's not really any silver sinks for now with gem rerolling gone. 177m silver is plenty. Even if you tryhard on paradise, that's enough for over 1000 entries.

If you plan to push her up eventually then it's a good idea to park at T4 as soon as you can. Unlocking hyper awakens is also a big boost to make solo raids faster. You would also be able to funnel mats from Kurzan Frontline/GR to slayer.

It's mostly QoL. If you don't feel inconvenienced by not having the pet functions then you can skip it.

I feel most of the complaints are F2P whiners that somehow think swipers weren't already buying their way to a bunch of mats. It's supposed to be good value for those that actively play the char but I don't have it myself and I don't see any numbers on it. If $5 isn't much for you, I think it's worth trying it and see how much you get.

They introduced a crystalline aura subscription a few months back. Those listed items are what you get as a bonus. It's kinda weirdly displayed in the shop now that I looked at it but it does give aura.
You can search up "crystalline aura subscription" for more info. I believe it does automatically renew if not cancelled, unlike the regular aura purchase.

I just don't get the logic behind it. I presume they censored them because they wanted to avoid a "Amazon is promoting the sexualization of children!!!" viral post on twitter, but given that this game is not mainstream enough for anyone to care about on social media anymore, selling the uncensored stuff could only help them sell more costumes and make more money. What about my 1580-1540 alts? i got 6 in that range, should i just do mostly solo raids on them and possibly rested chaos/guardians? rested chaos gives almost one lvl5 gem doesnt it? are t3 leapstones worth? might skip out on the guardians

ye that was my plan, i unlocked hyper awakening on slayer but from what i could tell its only 1 extra skill you can use per 40s ish? would it be different on gunslinger? when doing the quest i thought you got extra available skills you could use, something like demonic shadowhunter transformation.

For our version specifically, there's not really any info. I think people are mostly expecting it to have most of the KR mileage stuff we're currently missing.

You could do solo raids on them though it's not much gold nowadays. Then again, I'm speaking from endgame player perspective. You could look at how much gold you get and decide if it's worth your time. I don't think CD is worth it, you just get a bit of red/blue stones. Gem rates for T3 CD got halved with this update.
Non-T4 alts simply don't have much value to funnel nowadays. Just focus on the few chars you can push to T4.

You get an option of 2 skills to add to the extra skill slot. (GS technically gets 3) Most dps will see a big dps boost from having it since it's generally a strong skill. There's also the hyper awakening skill (alt+V) which lets you do a 1b+ burst when it's up. Somewhat trivializes the 2nd half of most solo raids but it does make it faster if you don't care about that.

Yeah as far as I'm aware, if you're paying for aura with real money, even the one month sub simply gives more than the one-time purchase for the same price. I guess they prefer people on subscriptions in case they quit but forget to cancel.

WoW is at least using Blizzard's in-house engine no? Even if it's "from the 90s", they are able to add/improve parts of the engine over time. It probably has many upgrades over the initial engine version it launched with by now.
That's different from LOA which uses a 3rd party game engine. They're limited to whatever UE3 is capable of about a decade ago once Epic Games moved onto UE4.
Plus WoW has a more "cartoony" artstyle which makes the graphics age better. LOA has some stylization but it overall strives to look more realistic. LOA Mobile running on UE5 looks way better.

Modern WoW looks absolutely terrible, even worse than UE3. Because of some design decisions made in the early 00's, player models are stuck with slap-on textures over their body in place of armor models, and there is nothing they can do to change it. Blizzard compensate by making the shoulders and belts look retarded to add some variation between the armor sets.

I wouldn't say there's not much gain out of an engine upgrade, especially in the long term. SG is going to have to upgrade the engine if they plan to support LOA for at least another decade or so (as long as it remains profitable) LOA players compare the graphics to new MMOs coming out and they typically look better, especially in terms of lighting.
Besides that, supposedly UE3 is responsible for some of the performance issues in the game such as loading times. Plus, being able to hire UE5 devs instead of UE3 expands their potential talent pool. The amount of people that regularly work with UE3 only goes down over time.
Though it's going to be a big dev time sink for relatively low immediate return in terms of profit. It's an investment for the game in the long term.
Who knows, maybe it won't take that long to recoup their investment. You think the whales aren't going to immediately buy a few packs of new skins with updated UE5 bodies? Especially the summer skins.

A lot of functions are deprecated or work differently in UE5 vs UE3 so presumably it'd be a ton of work to re-write the code so that it doesn't cause crashes/break encounters etc... Obviously the main advantage is that they'd gain access to lumen which is a much better lighting system than what UE3 has (nanite would be kind of pointless because of the camera in this game) and probably a fair few other features. As nice as those things are though, they still have to answer the question "will this generate more money than it will cost?" and the answer to that is probably no.

In the long run, they would probably be better off just making LA2 and just letting people port their cosmetics over (kinda like what they did with PoE2) rather than trying to give the UE3 pig an extremely expensive facelift.

Got 2 free carries in echidna hm on both slayer and gs, which was nice. I guess echidna will be 1/3 of my weekly gold for quite some time, together with possibly behemoth + aegir when i unlock.

Trying to fix elixir on GS without the elixir event was kinda stressfull, but i got the critical 2 set after an hour ish while watching some guides, was on my last 2 elixirs i could claim this week from vendors when i hit the +40 bonus to get the 2set
gotta farm transcendence on gs though, i assume people are gonna gatekeep on that after i lose mokoko icon, gonna check tomorrow if i can get into some HM thaemine runs, if not imma just take it slow and solo on her

T3 honing is still expensive. sub-1660 raid gold just got nerfed too. Unless you think you'll get a lot of raids in with that alt over time, don't push without an express. I personally don't recommend pushing alts without an express if you already have a main + 1 alt.

No, if you want to use the stuff from fem paladin you have to save it. You can kind of cheese it if you're on NA West or East. Since those are getting merged in October you should be able to make an express character on the opposite and once they merge you'll get the extra character.

So the "powerpass" just lets you bump a character instantly to 1580. This could be a new character or and old one. You can use it on NA east and Also on NA west (Or EU, You can use it on each different region). Since East and West are merging you can use that fact to cheese 2 characters out of this event.
There is also the "Express" event which gives you a ton of mats and progression buffs from 1580 to 1660+. I *think* this is also per region but I'm not 100% sure. To save this stuff just don't activate it on any character.

Ice Maze, Erasmo's, little luck, Orvis, Reminiscence, Slime Island, Nautilus Ruins, and Wildwater would be the fastest in the sense that there's no timegate by days. Twilight Isle and Walpurgis also fits but requires spamming a dungeon to get it. Yearning technically has no timegate but the chance for soul is so ridiculously low it's not worth it.

Have to finish up to SK. I think you can do that at 1580 since that's when paradise starts. Cube tickets you can trade for hell keys in the August patch if you have a ton of them. But gem prices are so high that I don't know if it's worth it.

Solo raids don't cover the latest 2 raids, but everything before that you can do. They give roster bound gold so at some point you have to do group raids. I'm not at that point again so the game might just fall apart. But right now I'm enjoying making numbers go up solo.

they're all pretty interchangeable desu, fem martial artist, mage, assassin and fem gunner are almost identical to one another with some minor difference e.i mage is slightly thinner and has slightly longer legs, assassin has slightly smaller boobs and slightly narrower hips, so on and so forth. only one that breaks the mold is specialist and maybe fem warrior, specialist for obvious reasons but fem warrior has the biggest boobs and ass out of all the fem classes and shes the tallest and has the most meat so you can pick her out of the crowd but she is still very similar to the other ones.

Solo raids and wait for express passes. If they are at least 1580, then you can also KT South Kurzan and run Paradise on them. The weekly hell keys will eventually give most of the fusions/gold needed to push 1640.
Generally though, don't push alts that much if it doesn't have a progression boost event. It's not worth it unless you really want to play more raids. Even then, it can be tricky to get into lobbies if you're below 1660.

It's definitely playable and I'd argue it always has been. You probably won't be ready for HM day 1 but you can definitely keep up with NM day 1 and gear up for HM a couple weeks later. It's not efficient to raid alts w/o express events nowadays anyways.
Those 6x char rosters only paid off for the people who did raids every week on them for over a year. Most players could've gotten nearly as far by playing 1 main and having 2-3 alts to use express passes that their main can't.
With the constant event shops and regular catch-up events, you will get a lot further playing 1-2 chars for a year than playing 6x chars for 4 months then quitting for 8 months.

Ah okay no worries, you can start honing them up to 1580 yeah, after that you do akkan on them to create new gear set which you transfer and gives you 1585ilvl, after this honing gets very expensive, but if its some characters you want to reach T4 then you should keep doing chaos dungeons on them and normally you would do daily una tasks for leapstones, but i think they removed that. Someone else mentioned it earlier but, just do solo raids for now if you can.

im not sure what they give, never had arkesia tour myself.
If it says "binds/bound to character" on something i would avoid selecting that for now, otherwise if it says "bound to roster" etc you're pretty safe to just redeem it now.

it would take you a while to get to tier4 which is at 1620ilvl then you have to finish North Kurzan questline, so you won't get the most out of lifeskilling(duo logging) but i would still recommend you do it, excavation, fishing or solo logging are all good stuff to do when you have life energy

you get very nice honing boost up til 1580, no gold costs now atleast. It will still require a lot of fusions and some materials. At 1580(or 1585 after gear transfer)-til 1620 for t4 swap is not nerfed and still very expensive.

If you have a 1580+ character you can research additional honing nerf in stronghold, it's pretty minimal since it only reduces shards needed for the first "input" on gear honing

For your valkyrie you will get a seperate honing bonus from the challenge express event that starts at 1585. It gives double artisan% towards pity and double honing increase% rate, you get absolutely everything you need to hone it from the express event alone. BUT unless you get very lucky you're not gonna have enough gold. I think i used around 60-80k unbound gold to hone it from 1589-1620

you can and should just start honing your alts now as long as you wanna play them in the future, the honing bonus you can unlock @ stronghold when you get valkyrie is so minimal it, ONLY decreases honor shard input for the "gear xp" at the start of every honing lvl.

Besides skins, I think the only other big exclusive in mileage shop are the poses. In our version we got some purchasable w/ BC and some w/ amethyst shards (previously exclusive to a $50 package). In KR, all the poses are mileage exclusive and there's several poses we currently don't have.
Maybe AGS got something special prepared but besides skins and poses, mileage shop will probably only have some random pet/mounts and a bit of progression mats.

Depends how much you want, $680 is definitely enough to buy a few things. The rough equivalent compared to KR is $1 = 1k points. Pose packages were priced at $50 which is the same as in KR. If we keep the same pricing for the skins, it'll be $250 spent.

This page compiles all the skin pages from KR. It was very comprehensive up until recently. If any skin set belongs in a series (ark pass, summer, new years, etc.) then it still gets added to the page. For some reason, the editor(s) aren't adding the general skins added in 2025.
So for example, the Kpop skins we recently got aren't on that page. It would only be missing like 2-3 skin sets at most but it's odd why they leave a gap in documentation.

g2 the only thing you gotta do is collect a blue orb to not die yourself, like in start of valtan g2 i think? there should be plenty of orbs when that happens. Around the same there is like a "inside, outside, inside, outside" pattern you do, just gotta see it to understand it. I think yellow color was inside and white was outside. Also not a wipe mech just a lot of dmg.
but if you get hit by too many patterns the boss gains "stack" and if it gets x20 stacks thats when u get shit that is almost instawipe on all, just undodgeable aoe stuff from what i could tell.
Perfect block thing (G) also happened a few times but idk it was so weird to get used to, thankfully not a instakill if u fail it. Almost think u can go into G1 fully blind with a prog and do it after few attempts, same with G2 but just more attempts. Only "big" mech i can remember from it is you get groups of colors or icons and you gotta drag a line to otherside of map to a safezone, gotta swap the line with the 1 other person who has same color/icon (like in akkan g3?)
then just repeat it enough until u learn to avoid attack patterns so boss dont get stacks

Gender unlock is not just creating some new models. You'd have to make new animations and record voicelines for all 25+ existing classes. 3 new male bodies are added which requires all future skins to make adjustments to fit these bodies. Anniversary skins will need 3 more unique designs. Every future class now requires an additional set of animations and voice lines.
It would legitimately take a lot of work remove the gender lock. Not as simple as whipping up a few models, adding a gender option, and plug it in with everything else automatically falling into place.

To remove gender lock after it's gone on for this long, yeah, its a lot of work. I can't deny that. But if they had only not had it in the first place, it would actually require far LESS work, and would actually be a plus for the playerbase. If you want to know the real reason why games do it this way, it's because they can sell more skins, character slots, and more. And it's a cheat code for lazy devs, because they can just re-release a class they've already made, no thinking needed. Just do some minor skill tweaks, watch the bloat and especially the balancing get worse as they need to juggle 1000 classes. This is the one thing I really like about Throne & Liberty. High quality player models and animations that apply to anyone. I know some people don't like the weapon system, but I don't hate it at all.

Maplestory is the only one here that I've played and I quit long before Hero came out.
Thematically, sorceress would be the parallel for I/L. Specifically, the Reflux build. A couple of ice and lightning themed skills in her meta build.
I looked up some footage of Hero and seems like the theme might fit either Predator Slayer or DPS Valkyrie (upcoming class in 2 days).
Idk how those classes gameplay works in MS nowadays if that's the reason you picked them.
Reflux sorc is a spammy class that casts spells at a fast rate with fairly good mobility using her blink ability.
Predator Slayer is similar except in melee range and must chase the back of the boss.
Valk is the new class and it looks like the dps playstyle is to throw out your regular skills as filler/secondary dps skills. After 15 skill casts, a gauge gets filled. Then you will be able to cast a big slash attack which accounts for ~50% of your total damage and buff the damage of the next 3 skills.
"딜 발키리" is the term to search if you want to find gameplay footage for dps valkyrie.

The timing for Mordum at least I hear you can just press the key as soon as it flashes, might be ping dependent. Delay just a bit if you want (which I do) but the flash here indicates he's about to slam the hammer. Cursor must face a certain direction for perfect blocks, towards Mordum in this case. Where your char is facing before doing the guard is not important, only where the cursor is pointing towards.

It's the standard for the new class to be on the stronger side before being brought in line with nerfs/power creep.
Valk also has a lower skill floor than slayer. It's non-positional and half their damage comes from one skill. Rotation is simply casting any justice skill 15 times (don't even need to hit something) to fill gauge then pop identity + sacred skills. So valk can do pretty good dmg even when the player is not familiar with the class.

Did you set it up properly? Make sure you're using another Ark Passive preset with full swift. (DPS Valk goes full crit normally) Throw in Boundless MP 2 + Optimized Training 1 + Unlimited Magic 2 while you're at it if it's a dedicated preset for CD. Magick Stream also helps.
That part isn't mentioned in the Nexus guide but you need at least full swift for the build. Tripods give a flat CD reduction, it needs to be paired with high % CDR to reliably reset.
You don't really need any other skills for CD besides those two. If you want some excessive mobility then I use Approach of Revelation 321 and Lunging Stab 132.
