I actually played this when it came out

It really did recapture some of the magic

The endgame sucks though there was nothing like WOE or even No limit PVP. Most of the 4chan guilds dispersed because of drama and everyone just ERPing

find a low rate server that doesn't have too much custom shit and a decent pop (few hundred people).
servers that dont have warp/reset NPCs are kino but they're not very popular unfortunately.

Your main choices for populated servers are going to be
>5~15x rate servers (low rate)
>the one or two popular 100x-ish mid rate servers
>one of the many 100,000x exp rate high rate servers (they're all full of 3rdies and sweaties)

I've always wanted to make my own server with lots of adjustments to the classes to make the less popular ones feel more fun, along with general balance changes that no server seems to even try and tackle. Never learned how to even get a server working on my home PC let alone try to figure out the daunting task of learning how to code the game itself.
