Bombers destroy buildings and dig for items.
Attackers make space by separating enemies either by distracting or killing them.
Shooters make it to mid as soon as possible for the first team fights before going back to base to defend.
Blockers delay any inevitable attacks for as long as possible by denying area and stalling with heals, buffs, and blocks.

There are a few things you can do.
Use some bomb displacement skill, change when getting out of the base or dying. In Shiro's case, she can use either tondoke or nanchate (use it as if you were placing a block in front of the bomb).
Double attacker. Panic Island is a common map for Double Attacker.

Similar experience but I was Pine with all bridge blocked and our Tsugaru keep sniping enemy vanguard. Was lucky too our respawn point didn't get blocked so we don't have to open up the bridge.
