There are a few things you can do.
Use some bomb displacement skill, change when getting out of the base or dying. In Shiro's case, she can use either tondoke or nanchate (use it as if you were placing a block in front of the bomb).
Double attacker. Panic Island is a common map for Double Attacker.

You can only reach girl rank 120 on the PC version/Konasute. Most of it has to be done through Arcade. But all the other things can be used on the PC version. Sometimes girls appear wearing a wedding dress and a married title.
