first i thought that the rock paper scisors balance + inability to swich (verge ranked) is too much but then i realised that this pushes players to pick and play with teamplay in mind
all the "dps marverrivals 1 pick" type of player will lose games, wont have fun and quit, witch is a good thing
when you climb to grand masterV and above you start to play with good players and no bots

that said, remove alphard from extraction mode (no reason to play anything else when alphard exist) also in verge hi zoom too fast and too much, only falcon can do any dmg to him or hase him at all

i bet next mech will be a alphard and serenith counter

No it doesn't you retard. Everyone exists in a vacuum and just follows their part of the script. If you lost striker select gamble you're just fucked. Your selection of target is limited. You interaction with objectives is limited. You cannot change your strategy and adapt. You will farm enemy mechs that have no counterplay against you and hope that your team has more metaslaves with better conditioning.

Yeah sure if you look at it in a vacuum it is on paper/theory a buff, but that's not how gameplay unfolds. By the time the howitzer has reloaded welknig has spun2won 3 times stripping all your shield and eaten halfway through your health.

Because that's the only functional application of the howitzer's stagger. This won't have any effect on sereniggers orbital-spamming you or skyraider engulfing you in bubbles of piss.
A complete non-change that does more harm than good.

I spent 1 minute pondering about the game-design and I get fucking infuriated at how poorly thought-out everything is.

Tricera is in the garbage because the chinks think he's some super tanky fuck when he's actually super fucking weak.
His healing drones does fucking nothing and more often than not they're unreliable anyways because they'll float over to some dude with 95% health or 100% lmao instead of onto (you) with 10% hp and getting hammered by serenigger.

Even if they were reliable their healing is SHIT. His aux 1 is just incredibly irrelevant. They should rework it to some shield-related meme, but why the fuck am I even suggesting anything.

If you want a "tank" you pick Hurricane, because he's actually reliable. Tricera only lures lock-on while in fortress-mode, making him completely unreliable, because 1: he needs to sit on the ground limiting everything to a camp - easy pickings for skyraider and his pissbubbles. 2: if serenigger is bombarding him he HAS to move. The moment he packs up the luminae/pinaka that was sheltering next to him gets fisted.

And all the chinks can figure out is nerfing his survivability. Meanwhile we should pretend that a handful more peas for his pea-shooter makes any difference.

Not as much damage as the spin, and harder to set up. Regardless of the attack, if you deploy your shields, the damage still goes to them.
And both attacks take up energy. Even if Tricera doesn't sit on its ass, it still spends less energy that a Welkin that tries to melee it. Especially while spinning. So eventually, you end up with a very drained Welkin and a very alive Tricera that just reloaded its Howitzer.

They took away Tricera's third howitzer shot. It's tragic so now it's an weird 2.

FYI if you uninstalled the game you should check for AntiCheatExpert in your services because the chances of it still running on your system are very high. Found this CCP spyware still running and uninstalling it through the control panel did not completely remove it, it only removed the program entry. I had to manually remove everything to clean my PC of it.; There's lots of guides out there to remove it. Absolutely shady shit.

Also dinos suffer from untargetability creep the most. Every new untargetable mech (which is 75% of new strikers at least) is a massive nerf to dinos' ability to contribute to the fight on top of all the direct nerfs.
