Wizard101 recently came to consoles. You cannot bring your character over from the PC version, as your characters on the console version are tied to your PlayStation or Xbox account. You also can't pay for your subscription externally on their website, like you can for Final Fantasy XIV. You have to buy crowns from the PlayStation shop and then use them to purchase a membership elixir from the in-game store. It's not possible to buy just the amount of crowns you need for a subscription, and it costs more to subscribe on console than it does on PC.

I have an account on PC that's really fucking old (made back in 2010) and I was a Storm wizard over level 100. Haven't played in about three years but I have some rare shit. I have a PS5 though and downloaded it out of curiosity and even spent $20 on the arc 1 pass since it's a one time buy and you get to keep it permanently. Only did that because my brother was playing it on console too and it seems like console as of right now has more players than PC.
