If I have to choose between "No Tank" and "Asshole Tank" in an MMORPG, I am picking "No Tank" every single time. Yes, even if it leaves an empty party member slot. An empty party slot is preferable to dealing with a manchild's tanktrum.

The tank will find another group instantly while dpsissies will be looking for 10+ minutes, sometimes even an hour.

Go do a dungeon run just healer and tank then. No DPSs, the slot has to remain empty.
