Everyone has a phone. Including dumb people. Especially dumb people. Billions of them. That's it.

>phones are a modern necessity
>majority of humans have smart phones
>smart phones let you play games anywhere
>games keep you entertained when you're idle
>mobile games are free and rely on microtransactions
>people eventually spend money to support their favorite free game
phones are also cheaper than computers and more useful than consoles

mobile games attract dumb people but not all mobile gamers are dumb, some people just want a portable distraction when they're waiting

The most profitable ones are the ones with the least brains. The ones who grind every day, watching millions of ads. The ones who put all their earnings into gacha. The ones who flawlessly pick up only the filthiest trash straight from the store app's front page. They're voting with their wallets, their free time, and their privacy. The explosive growth of the market is their fault and it's because of them the games suck so much. This can never be forgiven.

Everyone has a smartphone. Most people don't have a PC/laptop or console.
