I know I shitposted about it earlier but I legitimately like both ships for different reasons.
KyoShino have their entire backstory + the manga for a very extended version of it. Their married couple routine is also cute. The only fault they have is that the writers are lazy and the genre means no one can actually get together. Shipping this one is mostly for Kyoko's sake as she gets to have her dream come true.
KyoNeo has the edgelord rival who secretly has massive insecurities being dragged out of her shell by the non-edgelord rival who also secretly has massive insecurities. Shipping this one is mostly for Neo since Kyoko seems like the only person she can actually open up to.

I know that's a lot of words for ships that both have a 0% chance of actually becoming canon lol. KyoShino obviously has better art/dojins/everything by virtue of being around while the franchise was still relevant though lol

Yes that was pretty much the point of my tirade. They get breadcrumbs every now and again but it feels like all fluff instead of anything to advance the relationship.
