There’s a difference between something being the worst by technicality and something being made solely to be absolute dogshit on purpose.
When people say that they want “every Pokemon/thing to be good” they mean try to have things balanced and not intentionally kneecap a few unfortunate Pokemon. At least have an actual niche or something.
