When the enemy has 20 HP, with helm they are forced either to attack and take the KO, leaving their bench mon open for a free hit by you, or not attack so you have to KO. With barb they can attack freely as they still have 10hp left on your turn

To each their own but I personally hated every single aspect of it. I hate Hearthstone clones that mindlessly give each player 1 mana per turn. They all play the same where you just meaninglessly board wipe each other until turn 6 when all the low mana cards are completely outclassed against anything that costs 6+. Since the game is a never ending boardwipe fest, you never build a connection with any of the cards you play (I never cared for Sivally before but now I like him. Greninja, Stoutland, and Oricorio too). I cant remember any of my cards in Shadowverse except for a bell angel that the thread on /v/ called Ding Dong.
All the leader characters are ugly as fuck, I'm in disbelief that anyone actually oked those designs for release and I really wouldnt be surprised if all the art was AI generated.
Powercreep was insane on hour 1 and the economy system is also extremely jewish and I just feel like the whole thing is completely uninspired with no passion behind it.

i just don't understand why this set's card design isn't addressing the elephant in the room. every single stage 1 in the entire game has to directly compete with silvally for a slot, and all of these come up short. sure you can add support for them like eeveelutions are getting, but silvally has arguably the best support in the game with a direct search card so it's still the clear winner.

if real, then it would almost certainly see use in all rare candy decks. this isn't a card advantage game like yugioh, and having a ton of cards in hand often just means you're getting mars'd or red carded anyway. the ability to search one card further for the rare candy or stage 2 that wins you the game is more valuable than simply drawing another card that you're unlikely to immediately use.
