Q2.Teams based around themes/motifs have been done before in the games(Diantha is one example that comes to mind). I can see them being fun and interesting. Although with that being said some themes can run into the problem of type overlapping. Take for example a team based around Kings or Pokémon having the words King in their names. Try as you might at some point you gonna have at least 2 mons sharing types. I know this to be true because i have an OC who uses kingly/ pokemon with the word king in their names.
But to answer the question. My hope is for Uruto to get pokemon that both compliment and contrast him. AKA Golisopod.

Honestly, hopefully nothing. Random reruns from every series would be fun. The complete production failure and plot derailment of Horizons makes me want them to take their time figuring out the next series. The tenth generation of Pokémon should be a big deal so I'm hoping they figure something out that'll appeal to the highest amount of people. Horizons is pretty niche and has low viewers and engagement, and it's way too soon to do an Ash return without it being embarrassing and underwhelming, so they need something really fresh and exciting.

Unless it's really small, adding a new pokemon to dot's groupshot would be hard due to the framing. Just like before there's a huge spot next to uruto that can easily be filled, and while it'd be hard to fit gholdengo with roy's group, gimmighoul's small enough it'd fit with roy groupshot easily.

Many of it's dex entries state how angry it is and how it's known for going on rampages burning down towns and cities. Not only that but it's also a ride mon that can cross both the sea and the air.
