Doubt it. Other genuinely good ideas from the BW era were tossed out because the games flopped.
One major reason the games didn't sell well by the way is because they still DS games that came out a few months before the 3DS came out and, in B2W2's case, a full damn year after the 3DS came out. For a system that could already run 10 other pokemon games.
