Depends on the power level of the meta.
Mega Kangaskhan's top year was 2015, where it was absolutely dominant, it never saw those kinds of results again. Was probably 3rd best.
Salamence(especially), Gengar, and Metagross won worlds more.

Design wise? Banette is the only good looking mega. All the other ones we'd be better without.
