I just wish there were Machamps with different black markings emulating different types of clothing, to give your Machamp a more personal touch, something similar to Spinda's markings. For example, the Gigantamax changes its markings from underwear to pants.
I don't mind its lack of sexual dimorphism, and if it had it, it would have to be more like reptiles, with size differences or colored crests during mating season.
I know its not common knowledge, byt the machamp lines arent human. What passes as feminine in a machamp is different for what a human defines as feminine.

I like to think that male Machamps form a mound or nest with the skulls of their fallen opponents (or heavy stones, in the PokéDisney version) and display their muscles on top with a reddish coloring and inflate their crests to impress females during mating season.
Females wander around the nests and choose a male to mate with based on three criteria:
1) The best nest; the more trophies, the more desirable the male.
2) The biggest and most gleaming muscles, that means a healthy male.
3) The smallest males created poses to attract the female's attention, although pokebiologists cannot explain this, perhaps this indicates traits of intelligence that certain females value over strength.
Ancient humans, seeing this behavior, copied it and created the bodybuilder in the Pokéworld.

Just buy your female Machamp a nice dress and increase the fat in her diet and you will get fantastic results.
