Plusle felt more difficult than Petilil to me, the yellowish tint from shiny Petilil was easier for me to differentiate even from a bit of distance. However, I couldn't pick shiny Plusle apart unless it was close to me and surrounded by regular ones. Didn't help that Blueberry's plains blended their bodies except for the red parts

How does the level cap actually work? I heard that SV made it apply to pokemon you caught, but I heard some exception about pokemon where you’re the OT but… they were used/leveled up by you before exceeding the current level cap?
