It'd be practically be a OHKO move with 100% accuracy in the hands of Blissey and Chansey. Something fast with decent HP like Miltank could probably sweep whole teams with a choice scarf and Max HP/Speed IVs.

Sorry I got so caught up in the Blaziken (and I think Blastoise too) fight as it reduced the damage from Seismic Toss softening its falloff with a move in the anime. It made me think as a kid that damage was based on the weight of the opponent and the height from which the opponent was thrown.
