Been seeing a lot of hate for Roy both here and the Wider Web due to his victory against Nemona and the fact that his Lucario rarely emotes. On top of it been a Pokémon we have seen more times than Charizard in the anime as well as other media it feeds into the stigma that Roy is just Ash but Black. So i have a question for you guys. If you could give Roy a different ace that can mega evolve to differentiate him from Ash what would it be? Me personally? I'd give him Scizor. It fulfills the coolmon factor as well being an exceptionally strong and hard beast to take down. He could represent Roy's new found resolve to clear the rising Volt tacklers name and live up to and surpass his mentor Friede.
