What are you talking about? A lot of the mons get much better because of their models compared to their 2D images, especially the future paradoxes who have very unique animations that actually show how robotic they are. Also, the Treasures of Ruin are fucking awesome. One of the best set of sub legendaries so far.

I'm pretty sure they are part of the sets of beads.They look very different from the other Treasures of Ruin's eyes, they don't move, they don't blink or close when asleep, and light up exactly the same way as the magatama.
I could be wrong, but I haven't seen anything that states otherwise and it seems like the most obvious scenario witheverything taken into account.
