That fairy tale was a very rough unfinished outline and was rightfully scrapped. It was stolen because a malicious hacker VIOLATED game freak's consent. Treating that story as canon and punishing Typhlosion for it makes you JUST as guilty as the hacker.

It is, ergo, far safer to put any Fire starter in any game than risk putting the pedo badger in and suffering a Twitter.
