The only bad one here is the duck. Inteleon and Primarina are fine. Water starters are kinda cursed though.

I like Toby Fox as an overall creator. I only meant to say that he's one of the only people I know who can come up with a design as wonky as Flamigo.

And to go deeper my headcanon, it's no secret that Toby has dipped his hands in the franchise with his few compositions. But I wouldn't be surprised if he had even more influence. By his name is already very, divisive, if that's the right word. If he actually did do more for the game(s) it may be a power move to downplay his influence, just to minimize the response his community and anti-community would make.
